Yes 🌿 We offer repair, restringing, and redesign services for Mind X Lab Crystal products only.
- Free repair within 3 months for non-human-caused damage (shipping fees apply).
- After 3 months, repair fees apply based on materials and design.

Repaired items are usually shipped back within 5 – 10 workings days after we receive them, unless parts are out of stock.

自发货日起 3 个月内，非人为损坏可享 免费修复（需自付来回邮费）。
超过 3 个月后，将根据材质与款式 收取相应维修费用，并需自付来回邮费。

修复饰品会在我们 收到后约 5–7 天内寄出。若遇到配件缺货等特殊情况，我们会提前与你沟通说明。
